A Special General Meeting with be held in the Casino lounge at Euromarque Motorsport Park 8 am December 3rd 2023 prior to racing at round five of the Redwood Physio BEARS Championship.
This meeting is for financial members only and it is to vote on a motion to dissolve the Sound of Thunder Incorporated Society. Financial members will be notified by email as to the reasoning for this change and how it will benefit the club in the future.
The BEARS Motorcycle Club Incorporated Society and the Sound of Thunder event will not be affected by this change.

For those who aren't sure the Casino lounge is upstairs in the main control tower block. External stairs towards the east end.
