It's official! Nick Jefferies, an IOM winner will be reunited with the bike he rode at the Isle of Man TT 30 years ago. The bike is the Britten P002-94 which was one of three taken to the famous mountain course back in 1994. Its NZ owners Jeff & Pip were keen for Nick to ride the bike again and have arranged for him to fly to Christchurch for the Sound of Thunder on the 24th & 25th February.
Nick will do demonstration laps both days around the Ruapuna circuit, the home track of the Britten and where it was developed and tested all those years ago. This will be a great tribute to the machine and the man himself, John Britten and a must see for any fan.
